**Job Location**: Sector 50, Noida

**Experience**: 1-3years

**Key Responsibilities**:
Child Development:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate and support children's intellectual, social, and emotional development.
- Observe and assess children's behavior, progress, and development, maintaining accurate records.

Curriculum Design:

- Develop and follow a well-rounded curriculum that includes educational, creative, and play-based activities.
- Incorporate learning through play, storytelling, music, art, and other interactive methods.

Classroom Management:

- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
- Establish and enforce rules for behavior, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere.

Communication:

- Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and activities.
- Collaborate with other staff members to share insights and coordinate activities.

Supervision:

- Monitor and ensure the well-being and safety of children at all times.
- Provide direct supervision during activities, meals, and outdoor play.

Individualized Care:

- Recognize and address the unique needs of each child, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with children, promoting a sense of security and trust.

Health and Safety:

- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including maintaining proper ratios of staff to children.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and administer basic first aid when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a day care or early childhood education setting.
- Educational background in early childhood education, child development, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Creativity in developing engaging educational activities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with regular hours, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional weekend or evening events may be required.
- The position involves working in a dynamic and energetic environment with young children.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
