**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and maintain responsive websites, landing pages, and web interfaces.
- Create wireframes, mock ups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Ensure a consistent look and feel across all web assets.
- Work closely with developers to implement designs accurately and efficiently.
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Stay updated on the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Conduct regular site audits and make improvements based on analytics or user feedback.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Experience with UI/UX principles, user flow, and wireframing.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
- Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred (Nice-to-Have)**
- Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS animations, or frontend frameworks.
- Understanding of SEO principles as they relate to design.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
