**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented Photo and Video Editor with exceptional skills in PDF creation to join our dynamic team at UNIKITE. As a fast-growing ed tech startup focused on public speaking and creative writing, we believe in harnessing the power of visual content to enhance the learning experience for our users. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling PDF materials that effectively communicate our educational content, ensuring it is visually appealing and engaging.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Photo and Video Editing: Edit and enhance photos and videos for use in educational materials, presentations, and marketing collateral, ensuring high quality and professional output.

2. PDF Creation: Utilize your expertise in PDF creation to develop visually captivating and user-friendly materials such as worksheets, handouts, e-books, and interactive PDFs.

3. Content Adaptation: Work closely with our content development team to understand the educational objectives and adapt visual content accordingly, aligning with our brand guidelines and maintaining consistency throughout.

4. Graphic Design: Create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, icons, and infographics that effectively convey complex concepts and ideas in a visually appealing manner.

6. Quality Control: Perform quality checks on the created PDF materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, making necessary revisions as needed.

7. Technical Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest photo and video editing tools, graphic design software, and PDF creation platforms to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

2. Experience: Minimum of [1] years of experience as a Photo and Video Editor, with a proven portfolio showcasing expertise in photo and video editing, graphic design, and PDF creation.

3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and InDesign) or other industry-standard photo and video editing software.

4. Strong understanding of PDF creation tools and platforms such as Adobe Acrobat, Canva, or similar software.

5. A keen eye for detail, composition, and color theory, with the ability to create visually appealing designs that align with branding and target audience.

6. Solid understanding of typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy principles.

7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate ideas into compelling visual content.

8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
