Automobile Trainer

Role: Private Garage Mechanics Co-ordinatorJob Description: To Manage all Private Garage Mechanics (PGM) related activities in the geographical area of operation in order to influence the PGMs for spreading positive word of mouth among customers as they are great influencers. To meet the various Private Garage Mechanics to plan and conduct PGM-connect activities like meeting, enrollment, Training etc. Drive spare parts, oil sale & vehicle sales recommendations of PGM through dealers. Update them on product launches. Coordinate with dealerships to conduct PGM programs.Share consolidated PGM feedback to company and maintain all related documents to the program Arrange to procure POPs, PGM Tools Kits, Gifts etc well in advance of PGM connect program. Training PGMs on regular basis Implement PGM data tracking through DMS at dealer end.

There will be travel reimbursements
It is a training + product advocacy role
Person needs to know how to make PPT/ use Projector, basic excel, because need to conduct training programs at dealer points where different PGMs will be invited to participate
Local Language is must - English required

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 per month
