**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**:

- Create and execute innovative interior design concepts for residential and corporate spaces.
- Develop functional, aesthetic, and creative space-saving solutions tailored to client needs.
- **Modular Kitchen Expertise**:

- Design modular kitchen layouts and configurations with a deep understanding of modular factory machines and operations.
- Provide recommendations for hardware and materials, ensuring functionality and design harmony.
- **Client Interaction and Conversion**:

- Conduct client consultations to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences.
- Prepare and present design proposals that effectively communicate ideas and secure client approval.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Produce detailed 2D CAD elevation drawings and 3D renderings to visualize design concepts.
- Accurately calculate material quantities and prepare bow (bill of works) for project implementation.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the implementation of designs to maintain quality standards and meet project timelines.
- **Material and Hardware Recommendations**:

- Suggest suitable materials and hardware that align with design goals and client preferences

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in residential and corporate interior design.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in 2D CAD software and 3D rendering tools.
- Knowledge of modular kitchen design and modular factory machines.
- **Creative Skills**:

- Strong ability to develop space-saving and innovative design solutions.
- **Client Relations**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and conversion.
- **Education**: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
