**The Role**
- Conducting 1-1 habit coaching sessions and conducting webinars with customers and tailoring interventions according to their goals/needs
- Coordinating with other experts to ensure a holistic and collaborative approach to customers’ health journey
- Creating health plans, providing feedback reports and proactively checking in with customers’ progress
- Designing new products and improving existing ones from the lens of behavioural science/ human psychology
- Responsible for enhancing customers’ experience and engagement with products

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology /Behavioural Science
- Master’s degree in Psychology/Behavioural Science with prior experience in health/fitness or any related fields
- Coaching certification (optional)
- Counselling and coaching skills
- Knowledge of theories of motivation, behaviour change models and habit science basic. understanding and experience in at least one psychotherapeutic approach (e.g., cognitive behavioural therapy, rational emotive behaviour therapy, behavioural modification etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to translate theoretical knowledge into actionable advice in a lucid manner
- Keen desire to keep learning and growing
- Health and wellness background (preferable)

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
