We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. You’ll be responsible for planning, writing, executing, and managing content across multiple platforms, aiming to grow brand visibility and engagement. --- Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and manage daily/weekly content calendars across platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube Shorts Write engaging, on-brand copy for posts, Reels, and captions, tailored to each platform Develop and implement platform-specific strategies to boost reach, engagement, and growth Monitor performance and analyze social media metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, etc. Coordinate with design teams to ensure high-quality visuals are aligned with content goals Engage with the community: respond to comments, DMs, and manage conversations Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes Support monthly reporting and strategy refinement --- Requirements 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or agencies Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for digital platforms Proven understanding of growth strategies on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Ability to independently plan and execute content while maintaining a consistent brand voice Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Metricool) --- Nice to Have Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite) Experience with personal branding or influencer content formats Collaboration with performance marketing or digital ad teams --
- Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
