Job Profile:

- To manage entire VMC Production approx. 40-50 Operators on two shift basis of 12 hrs each.

To do scheduling of various components to meet delivery schedules.

To optimise Material Cost by reducing rejection.

To optimise Tooling cost by finding alternate & improving life.

To optimise Labour cost by CT reduction, enhancing Productivity by proper line balancing.

To estimate cycle time based on drawing and support costing.

To do man management and develop the resources.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Should be from Automotive Manufacturing industry: 5 years (required)
