Job Summary:
Sales and Marketing is responsible for driving business growth, leading strategic sales initiatives, and overseeing marketing activities within the assigned cluster. This role focuses on achieving revenue targets, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring the profitability of the business units under their jurisdiction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue goals across the cluster.

2. Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand market share.

3. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.

4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

5. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Marketing Strategy:
1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to align local campaigns with corporate branding guidelines.

3. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies.

4. Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials.

5. Leverage digital platforms and tools to amplify marketing reach and effectiveness.

Operational Leadership:
1. Monitor and ensure adherence to budgets, forecasts, and financial targets for the cluster.

2. Coordinate with other departments (operations, finance, HR) to ensure seamless business operations.

3. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and address challenges.

4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
