**Job description**:

- Minimum experience of 1 year in E- Commerce Sales is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Business development activities**: Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, understand their needs, and present them with relevant solutions.
- **Sales cycle management**: Guide leads through the sales funnel, address objections, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- **Reporting and analysis**: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to strategies.
- **Support marketing initiatives**: Assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Experience in tele sales or a related field.
- Proficient in CRM software and data management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
