**Job Title**:IT Recruiter**

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals for various roles such as Software Developers, Data Scientists, IT Project Managers, and Network Engineers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and ensure the best match for technical skills, cultural fit, and job needs.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment programs to attract fresh talent from top universities.
- Coordinate with universities and other educational institutions to organize recruitment events, internships, and graduate recruitment programs.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and cost-per-hire to optimize recruitment processes.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, network administration, data analytics, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
- Previous experience managing end-to-end campus recruitment programs.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly when dealing with compensation and benefits packages.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment, with proficiency in tracking and analyzing metrics to improve hiring processes.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
