**Job Role (Objective of the Role)**:
To act as the face of Quest Coworks, ensuring efficient operations at the reception/front desk and providing exceptional service to clients by addressing their needs and creating a welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement & Relationship Building**:

- Day-to-day interaction with clients to address their needs and requests.
- Build strong relationships with in-house clients and assist them through the Key Account Manager (KAM) list.
- Handle complaints and maintain the Client Complaint Report on a daily/hourly basis.

**Front Office & Administrative Management**:

- Welcome clients, guests, and visitors with a professional and warm demeanour.
- Handle telephone inquiries and visitor entry/exit management.
- Provide secretarial services for clients.
- Coordinate with Sales for walk-in inquiries about office space.
- Update daily attendance in coordination with HR.
- Prepare and update weekly and month-end reports.

**Operations & Upkeep**:

- Conduct daily rounds, list snags, and assign them to relevant individuals.
- Maintain the reception area, cabins, games area, and empty cabins.
- Coordinate with vendors for indoor plants and ensure upkeep.
- Monitor and manage pantry stock in coordination with pantry staff.
- Ensure the first-aid kit is stocked and available.

**Event & Facility Management**:

- Support event management at the centre.
- Organize celebrations, including cake and bouquet arrangements for new clients.
- Oversee food and beverage services, including cleanliness and hygiene.

**Access Control & Courier Management**:

- Manage access cards, including inventory and collection at the time of client exits.
- Properly receive and deliver couriers.

**Sales & Virtual Client Support**:

- Conduct centre tours in the absence of sales resources.
- Handle calls and mail notifications for virtual office clients.

**Key Competencies**:

- Smart and pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in client relations and administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to build instant relationships with customers and exhibit follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of the coworking industry is a plus.
- Background in Business Centres, Hotels, Aviation, Telecom, Banking, or Insurance industries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
