Iti Electrician

**Installation and Commissioning**:

- Install electrical equipment, panels, wiring, and systems in manufacturing facilities.
- Assist in the commissioning of new machines and ensure proper electrical connections.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**:

- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and machinery to identify issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
- Repair and replace faulty components such as wiring, switches, motors, or relays.
- **Troubleshooting**:

- Diagnose electrical faults in machines, control panels, and circuits using testing tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Quickly resolve issues to minimize production downtime.
- **Operation Support**:

- Monitor the electrical performance of equipment during production to ensure smooth operations.
- Calibrate and adjust electrical systems as needed to maintain efficiency.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols and standards while working with high-voltage systems and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations in the workplace.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure grounding and insulation of systems.
- **Upgrades and Modifications**:

- Assist in upgrading electrical systems to meet production requirements or energy efficiency goals.
- Modify wiring, panels, and circuits based on changing operational needs.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Report major faults and suggest improvements for long-term reliability.
- **Support for Automation**:

- Work with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems, sensors, and drives used in automation.
- Support integration and maintenance of electrical components in automated systems.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuits.
- Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
- Experience with tools like multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.
- **Safety Knowledge**:

- Understanding of workplace electrical safety standards and procedures.
- Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**:

- Quick identification of electrical faults and efficient resolution.
- Ability to handle emergency repairs under time constraints.

- Collaborate effectively with engineers, technicians, and production teams.
- Follow instructions and provide input to optimize electrical operations.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI certification in Electrician trade.
- Practical knowledge through apprenticeships or on-the-job training.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
