**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Follow-up**: Make regular visits and calls to customers for collecting outstanding payments in a timely manner.
- **Collection Targets**: Achieve monthly collection targets set by the company, ensuring mínimal overdue accounts.
- **Payment Plans**: Negotiate payment arrangements with clients who may face difficulties in repayment, offering feasible solutions.
- **Sales Integration**: Assist in promoting financial products/services to clients where applicable, aiming to support business growth.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payments received, and status updates for each customer.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on collection progress to supervisors, identifying challenges and offering solutions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build positive relationships with clients to ensure smooth collection processes while maintaining professionalism.
- **Field Visits**: Conduct field visits to customers’ locations for payment collection, following company protocols and ensuring safety.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of payment collection processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in basic MS Office tools.
- Time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
