We are looking for a Conversation Designer to join our conversational ai teams, who can design creative and unique chatbot conversation flows.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Engage with major enterprise brands to understand their business use cases, their customer personas, and intents for the chatbot solution.
- Research and analyse intents and associated customer journeys.
- Create bot design documents, including bot personas, example dialogs, conversation flow diagrams, error handling patterns.
- Design effective, innovative, and delightful conversational experiences using user-centric design methodologies.
- Write effective and natural dialogues.
- Create prototypes (mock-ups), wireframes, and templates that clearly convey the conversation design to customers and development teams.
- Review customer transcripts to identify gaps in the conversation design; modify design patterns to bridge those gaps.
- Analyze dialogues and user interaction with live bot/assistants and make recommendations for improving user experience.
- Work with chatbot language trainers to contribute training data for the bot’s NLP/NLU model
- **What skills are we looking for?**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Chatbot conversation design experience
- Design experience in conversational and AI design spaces
- Experience creating multiple demos or prototypes showcasing the bleeding edge capabilities of conversational design.
- Relevant experience of 1-3 years in Conversation designing.
- Experience creating multiple demos or prototypes showcasing the bleeding edge capabilities of conversational design
- Experience communicating technical requirements and solutions to internal and external audiences
- Experience with working directly with client stakeholders of all levels
- Experience using Agile development practices

**Will be a bonus if you also have..**
- Knowledge on Natural Language Understanding Cognitive services
- Graduation / Post Graduation in any language specialization or Art, History, Sociology or Psychology is a plus, though not mandatory.
