Job description

To be responsible for production and quality for the LV panel and handle the manpower of production dept.

Creating & Developing test environment sand test cases for all mechanical and electrical systems

To Coordinate with the store and purchase department for material shortage issues.

To supervise the in process work and to prepare a daily production schedule.

Testing of meters and wiring of panels according to approved drawing or scheme, numerical relays, multipliers, diode, transducer, miscellaneous instruments, vacuum circuit breaker with its electrical and mechanical interlock

To be responsible for supervision on production of LV panels and also ensure to complete the work within the deadline.

Run quality controls on components and final products

Analyze test results, detect issues and track root cause

Suggest fixes and improvements

Document technical issues and solutions

Build automated testing systems for regular checks

Ensure our products and procedures meet industry standards (e.g. ISO)

Prepare MIS Reports

Ability to maintain work schedules and uphold work standards

Ability to monitor and evaluate program and organizational performance in order to assess efficiency

and effectiveness

Ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing

Familiarity with various testing techniques

ability to handle the manpower and heavy workload

Need troubleshooting skills & analytical mindset

Must have strong organizational skills, problem solving abilities & attention to details

Ability to work under mínimal supervision

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
