End-to-end ownership for Managing Partner& Agent Partner performance
- Own the budgets for the location
- Maintain a self-goal sheet to lead by example and have an adequate Span of Control
- Network continuously to get good APs from Market
- Ensure APs and health agent’s income in location exceed benchmarks
- Coach MPs and APs on management/sales skills and career growth
- Connect with APs who are falling short of CMC criteria to re-activate them
- Work closely with the training team to organize regulatory and skill development programs
- Propagate the career option amongst the health agents in the branch
- Own the rookie AP induction and development program
- Arrange/attend digital,outdoor promotional (BOP’s) events and seminars on recruitment (COP), awareness, customer events, HNI priority etc.
- Grow the representation of advisors and AP’s fromlocation on Conventions, Clubs, and R&R etc.
- Ensure the desired policyrenewals of the branch
- Ensure the LR% (Loss Ratio) within the parameter for the branch / location.
- Deal with first level of claim &service issues.
- Deal with and escalate compliance issues

Responsible for the P&L of the branch

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Health Insurance: 5 years (preferred)
