**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Have to work on generated leads.
- Communicate effectively with clients to obtain necessary information and resolve issues.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information on products or services.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Assist in the preparation of quotes and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, conferences, and events.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles.
