**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transportation Company Broker to join our team at Voyager Transportation. As a Broker, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the transportation of vehicles for our clients. You will be responsible for connecting clients with carriers, negotiating rates, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a smooth and timely vehicle transportation process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the intermediary between clients and carriers to arrange and coordinate vehicle transportation services.
- Source and vet carriers to ensure their reliability, safety record, and adherence to industry regulations.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific transportation needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate transportation rates and terms with carriers, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms for both parties.
- Coordinate the logistics of vehicle pick-up, transit, and delivery, while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Provide clients with timely updates on the status of their vehicle transportation, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Handle any unexpected issues that may arise during transportation, such as route changes, delays, or damages, and work to resolve them efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to make informed decisions and offer value-added services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and industry contacts to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our transportation processes and customer service standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a transportation broker, freight agent, or related role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the vehicle transportation industry, including regulations and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Proficient in using transportation management software and tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle unexpected challenges and find solutions quickly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess carrier qualifications and transportation routes.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
