PRODUCT:ORTHOPEDIC IMPLANTS
- Supervises manufacturing and service of medical systems by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the production and service process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Oversees execution of production plan based on existing sales orders by creating and transacting work orders, scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
- Supervises service and repair of medical systems returns according to established performance targets; collaborates with Quality and Engineering on failure analysis; communicates with customers on repair status.
- Writes or assists in the development and review of internal or external manufacturing or service documentation, test plans and test procedures.
- Manages manufacturing and service material inventory, planning and ordering.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of production experience with medical devices, components and assembling of clinical prototypes. 3 plus years over supervisory skills.
- Supervision, Coaching, Managing Processes, Process Improvement, Tracking Budget Expenses, Production Planning, Controls and Instrumentation
- Proficient in light manufacturing and assembly equipment such as PCB soldering stations, wire cutters/strippers, etc.
- Optical assembly, alignment experience is preferred

**Education requirements**
- Minimum Requirements: High School diploma. Associates of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Pay: ₹9,962.23 - ₹43,774.25 per month
