_**Job Summary**:_
- **Responsibilities**:_
- **Quality Check: Instruct and check the quality at site and maintain high standards**:

- **Team Supervision**: Oversee and instruct the design and construction teams, including subcontractors, to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to design plans.
- **Labour Management**: Arrange the labour as an when required and Train site workers to main the quality at site
- **Employee Attendance Record Keeping**: Keep accurate records of worker attendance to monitor productivity and maintain project timelines.
- **Wastage Control**:Control the wastage at site.
- **Procurement**:Order the material well on time. Purchase the local material as an when required as per the market rates with approval from the office.
- **Reporting**:Sharing of Daily, weekly Labor and work progress report without fail in detailed manner with picture.
- **Planning**: Preplan the activities and monitor the same to meet the client.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior design construction, with a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Experience working on both commercial and residential interior design projects is essential.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as required.
