**Digital Marketer cum Designer**
**Location**: CAMFiN Global Academy, Manjeri

We are looking for a creative and results-driven **Digital Marketer cum Designer** to join our team at CAMFiN Global Academy. If you are passionate about digital marketing, skilled in design, and eager to contribute to a growing organization, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media platforms, create and schedule posts, and monitor performance metrics.
- Design visually appealing marketing materials, including posters, banners, brochures, and social media creatives.
- Plan and run ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze and report the performance of campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in digital marketing and graphic design.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Canva, and video editing software.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and social media management tools.
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Strong creative skills with attention to detail and an eye for design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Basic understanding of web design or WordPress.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Desinging & Video taking and editing: 3 years (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred)
