We are a rapidly growing Ecommerce company seeking a talented and driven Operations Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The Operations Executive will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all aspects of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and productivity
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in an Ecommerce or retail environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Experience with inventory management systems and order management platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
