**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry and Management**:

- Accurately input data into company systems and databases.
- Verify and update existing data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and organize records systematically.
- **Data Validation**:

- Check data for errors and inconsistencies.
- Correct and report any discrepancies identified during the data entry process.
- **File Management**:

- Maintain digital and physical files as needed.
- Ensure proper storage and easy retrieval of information.
- **System Updates**:

- Regularly update systems with new information.
- Ensure compliance with company data policies and security protocols.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Provide reports and summaries when required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a data entry or related administrative role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,767.64 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
