**ABOUT THE JOB**:
Junior Architect work under the direct supervision of an Architect or Lead Designer, helping to prepare designs, complete construction documents, write up building plans, and assist in the presentation of materials.
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1)** Determine requirements and feasibility of project and prepares cost estimates.
**2)** Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, reports, etc.
**3)** Assists in preparation of scale drawing of details required for contract drawing.
**4)** Assists in preparation of design development drawings.
**5)** Assists in the preparation of “record” drawings on completion of construction.
**6)** Assists in preparation of layout and draws preliminary sketch of project to present to client.
**7)** Provides support to Architect & team.
**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED**:
**1)** Knowledge of the methods and techniques of CAD design
**2)** Skill in drafting architectural plans.
**3)** Minimum 1 years of experience required in residential projects & commercial.
**4)** Should have experience in the following:
- Concept Planning
- Drafting
- Section Drawings
- Working Drawings
- 2D Elevation Working
- Plumbing Drawings
- Electrical Drawings
- Furniture Marking as per Vaastu
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION**:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or any related field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
