**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective and efficient transportation solutions.
- Coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide superior service to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Freight Broker with an established customer base.
- Strong knowledge of US logistics, including transportation modes, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and carriers.
- Demonstrated industry knowledge and a hunger for growth and success.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹62,996.07 per month
