**Full Job Description**
- Design and produce creative graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including websites, social media posts, banners, brochures, logos, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts, ideas, and strategies that effectively communicate our brand message and engage the target audience.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and coherence across different platforms and marketing channels.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to continuously improve design skills and stay ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide necessary specifications and assets for printing or digital publishing.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers or photographers, to ensure high-quality production and delivery of design materials.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate fresh ideas and innovative design solutions.
- Actively participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, demonstrating proficiency in various design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Experience designing for both digital and print platforms, with a strong understanding of file formats, color modes, and resolution requirements.
- Proficiency in creating visually compelling graphics for websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality designs while adhering to project requirements and timelines.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
