Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design static and motion graphics for our website, social media, and app.
2. Share design ideas in brainstorming sessions
3. Content Creation: Create engaging graphics, images, and videos for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
4. Branding and Visual Identity: Work with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across social media.
5. Trend Analysis: Keep up with graphic design and social media trends to create engaging content and keep our brand relevant.
6. Audience Engagement: Use your marketing skills and creativity to create engaging content that boosts follower interactions and our brand's reputation.
7. Collaborative Approach: Work with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and create brand-aligned graphics.
8. Innovative Thinking: Use social media to attract new customers and expand our reach.
9. Design Tools and Software: Master Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create stunning graphics.
**Qualifications**:
1. A degree in graphic design or a related field, establishing design principles and theory
2. A strong portfolio of social media graphic design work and an understanding of different design styles
3. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) proficiency to efficiently create and edit visual content
4. Excellent communication skills for teamwork and marketing objectives
5. Marketing Knowledge: Understand marketing to create content that converts.
6. Trend Awareness: Keep up with graphic design, social media, and marketing trends and technologies.
7. Self-Motivated: Take charge of projects and meet deadlines.
8. Experience: Freelance graphic design or social media design internships are helpful.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
