**Job Title**: Customer Support - North American Voice Process
**Location**: Hyderabad

**Shift**: Night Shift (Two-way cab provided)
**Week Offs**: Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist North American customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting performance standards.
- Adhere to company guidelines to ensure service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work night shifts with fixed weekends off.
- Availability to work 6 days (day shift) during the training period.
- Basic computer skills required.
