**Role: Instructional Designer**

**Synopsis**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Instructional Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education and professional growth. You will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge eLearning materials that empower learners to acquire new knowledge and skills. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our clients and learners worldwide.

**A Day in your life**
- Responsible for storyboarding (writing and reviewing) of digital learning products such as online courseware, animations, simulations, interactivities, games, virtual learning labs, et al.
- Well-versed in relevant instructional design principles.
- Good understanding of eLearning workflows and industry best practices.
- Creating and/or reviewing content outlines.
- Managing freelancers/vendors for project tasks. Working in concert with other functional skill areas such as
- Content Developers, SMEs, Visual Design, Creative Design, Programming, Technologists and
- Learning Administrators.
- Writing and reviewing for web accessibility (Section 508, WCAG) and online assessment items.
- Good understanding and ability to independently elicit requirements from internal sales stakeholders.
- Committing to continually building skillsets in instructional design practices to design and develop effective digital learning material.

**Title Instructional Designer**

**Location: Mumbai**

**Education: BA/MA (In English Literature) or BEd/MEd**

**Work Days: Monday-Friday**

- **Instructional Design Expertise**: Proven ability to design effective and engaging learning experiences, including understanding learning objectives and content analysis.
- **Storyboarding**: Skill in creating detailed storyboards that outline the structure, content flow, and interactions for eLearning modules.
- **Content Development**: Proficiency in developing multimedia eLearning content, such as graphics, animations, assessments, and simulations.
- (SMEs), clients, and project teams.
- **E-Learning Tools**: Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools and software for content creation.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively to design innovative and engaging learning solutions.
- **Education Background**: A bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (a master's degree is a plus).
- **Continuous Learning**: Commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and eLearning.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- **Detail Orientation**: Attention to detail in creating error-free and high-quality eLearning materials.
