**Position**: Senior Executive - Billing In-charge
**Location**: Kolkata
**Department**: Accounts & Finance
**Reporting To**: VP - Accounts
**Experience**: 3-5 Years
**Salary**: As per industry standards

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **end-to-end billing & invoicing**, ensuring accuracy and compliance (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Oversee **accounts receivable**, follow up on collections, and maintain payment records
- Support in **audit, tax assessments, and statutory filings**:

- Drive **process improvement**, automation, and ERP integration
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and account discrepancies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in billing/accounts roles
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Tally, etc.)
- Strong understanding of **financial compliance & taxation norms**:

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
