**About The/Nudge Forum**:
The/Nudge Forum is a platform to accelerate problem solving by bringing stakeholders together for collective thought and action for large scale social change. Given that development is a shared agenda and the stakeholder gaps among government, markets and society are the largest, the Forum attempts to create a strong foundational layer to support India’s development journey.

**At The/Nudge Forum you will**:
As Sr Associate - Programming, you will be an early team member of The/Nudge Forum and will work closely with the Program Lead and other Forum team members to ensure the successful planning and execution of convening and events hosted by and/or participated in The/Nudge Forum. You will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant and seamless experience for the speakers, participants and community members engaging with The/Nudge Forum and The/Nudge Institute.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Program Lead to coordinate and implement activities based on program objectives, goals and success metrics.
- Proactively conduct research, analyze reports and gather information from relevant sources on sector-leading trends and best practices for planned events - topics, speakers, etc.
- Develop points of view and write concept notes and speaker session briefs on strategic topics relevant to program objectives.
- Work closely with speakers/their associates and teams on engagement/event-specific needs, coordinate and support on their engagements/events. Ensure that speakers/participants have required briefs, context and resources to adequately prepare.
- Coordinate with operations/event managers and participants for required infrastructure - AV needs, accommodation, travel & transportation, etc.
- Manage and coordinate with The/Nudge PR/marketing teams for media interactions with participants/speakers before, during and after events as required.

- Ability to work independently and be an integral part of a team
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation
- Graduate with 2-4 years of overall work experience; with relevant experience in any of the

specific skill sets required
- High performer with a successful track record in taking ownership of tasks end-to-end
- Passionate about relationship management and willing to go above and beyond to

ensure the success of the program
- Comfortable with some degree of ambiguity in the absence of perfect information
- The ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment
