**BUSINESS ASSOCIATE (Job Description)**

To be professional and more responsible which includes managing customer expectations, identifying new business markets and recording daily customer transactions

**BUSINESS PARTNER (Roles & Responsibilities)**:

- To generate new customer leads through various channels (Tender portals).
- Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
- Tendering and Estimation for BOP, tender Documentation Bid Submission to Customer inputs.
- Preparation of Price Schedule (BOQ), Project Schedule and Project

- Recognize and understand the client's needs and prepare detailed techno
- commercial document to support the bid.
- Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations
- Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information’s to top management to get approval for bidding.
- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre
- qualifications
- To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry, and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission
- To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions
- To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer’s tender requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Adyar, Chennai - 600020, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
