Deputy Nursing Superintendent

Ensure patient care in the ICU.
- To keep a check on the staff and to ensure they do their duties properly.
- To verify the activity chart on a regular basis.
- To check the files of the patients and to ensure they are updated.
- To schedule duties of nurses in various wards / ICU / Departments.
- To maintain and keep a check of the number of leaves taken by the nursing staff.
- To allot uniform to the nursing staff.
- To take a round of the wards / ICU from time to time.
- To ensure the consultant doctors are aware of the patient’s condition from time to time.
- Regular follow up with patients and consultants.
- Arrangement of extra duties / over time duty of nursing staff depending on the situation.
- To check the leave record of the nursing staff at the end of the month.
- Checking the salary record of the nursing staff before the salary is issued.
- To take a round in all the wards / ICU from time to time to keep a check on the patient’s condition.
- To ensure personal hygiene of the patients
- To ensure cleanliness is maintained with in the hospital and the wards /ICU by the maintenance department.
- To arrange / schedule classes for consultants or HR’s.
- Any other responsibility that may be assigned to this employee from time to time at the discretion of the Immediate Superiors/Director.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
