**Location: Hybrid (Okhla Phase II, Delhi, India)**

**Type: Full-Time**

**Remuneration: Monthly Stipend of Rs. 5,000- 10,000, negotiable as per skills and experience.**

**What we’re looking for**:
We are seeking a creative and dedicated Video Producer Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our video production team to assist in various aspects of video production, including brainstorming content ideas, video scriptwriting, video shooting, casting,etc and overall ensuring a smooth production process. This internship provides an opportunity to learn from industry professionals, gain hands-on experience, and develop valuable skills in the field of video production.

This Video Producer Internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in video production, work closely with professionals in the field, and contribute to creative projects. You will have the chance to enhance your skills, expand your network, and develop a deeper understanding of the production cycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate closely with the production team to contribute creative ideas, content and concepts for video projects.

2. Assist in the casting process, including researching potential talent, coordinating auditions, and providing support during casting sessions.

3. Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth and efficient production process, identifying and addressing any barriers or challenges that may arise.

4. Conduct research to enhance the quality and accuracy of our work, providing up-to-date and factual information to support video production.

5. Engage in informational chats with key staff across various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of their roles within the production cycle and to build professional connections.

6. Support the team in various production tasks, which may include location scouting, coordinating equipment, and managing production schedules.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and emerging technologies in video production.

**Great to have qualifications**:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in film production, media studies, communications, or a related field.

2. Passion for video production and storytelling.

3. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

5. Detail-oriented with a strong organizational mindset.

6. Proficiency in researching and gathering accurate information from reliable sources.

7. Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards taking on new responsibilities.

8. Basic knowledge of video production equipment and software.

9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Bonus Points if You Posses / Desired Skills**:
1. Familiarity with casting processes and costume styling.

2. Prior experience in a similar role.
