Qualifications/Experience

Only Diploma in Mechanical can apply/01 to 02 years

**Job Description**:
Plan, assign & communicate to employees to achieve the daily/weekly/monthly production targets (Loading & Scheduling)

Oversee the production process as per the quality standards, to achieve targeted first time right

Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance, by co-ordination with the Maintenance team

Control, Monitor & ensure production output against the plan to meet production targets. To escalate any issues to respective HOD

Prepare and submit reports on production, process data and trends to the functional head

Review the design drawings prepared as per the customer requirement, identify gaps in process capabilities, if any, to adhere to the quality norms at every stage of production and close the gaps

Identify improvement opportunities in operational facility, cost reduction, layout for process improvement

Control & Monitor productivity norms for all the machines

Conduct Tool Box talks & ensure the adherence of PPE’s at Shop Floor

Train and retrain employees on safe use of machineries, material handling, best practices and other operation activities

Knowledge about MS -Excel, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer

Residence in only Vasai-Virar

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
