**This is your role. What part will you play?**
- Plan and implement new designs
- Optimize existing user interface designs
- Provide Visually appealing graphic designs for websites
- Test for intuitiveness and experience
- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
- Brainstorming creative ideas with project teams, developing visual concepts for approval, and collaborating with developers to successfully integrate their graphic designs
- Should have sense of colors, shapes, and typography fonts
- Understand, use and maintain design language provided by the organization
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
- Test new ideas before implementing
- 4-5 years of experience as an Visual Designer or similar role

- UI design portfolio
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Detail oriented
- Critical thinker
- Problem solver and customer-centered
- Hands-on Figma and Sketch
- Knowledge and experience of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver
- 1-2 years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3
- Knowledge of EmberJS/AngularJS will be a big plus
- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
