**Position Overview**:
TarunIAS is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The Video Editor will play a crucial role in creating engaging and informative video content that supports our educational initiatives. As a Video Editor at TarunIAS, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of aspiring civil service professionals by enhancing the visual appeal and educational value of our video materials.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Video Editing**: Edit, assemble, and enhance video content for various educational purposes, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with TarunIAS standards.

2. **Creative Collaboration**: Work closely with the content creation team, educators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute creative input to enhance video content.

3. **Storyboarding**: Participate in the development of video concepts and storyboards, ensuring alignment with educational objectives and engaging storytelling.

4. **Technical Expertise**: Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing tools, techniques, and trends to continually improve the quality and efficiency of video production.

5. **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks on edited content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

6. **Collaborative Environment**: Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, content creators, and educators, to achieve cohesive and effective video content.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and educational video editing projects.

2. Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

3. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. Knowledge of educational content or interest in the civil services domain is a plus.
