Dealing with patient complaints about the quality of service of the practice and also Monitoring the daily visibility of patients.
- Keeping up to date with the latest treatments, medicines and medical developments.
- To ensure meticulous implementation and monitoring in compliance of NABH Standards,& ensure the regular functioning of the following clinical committees, in consultation with the Hospital Director.
- Day to day monitoring of the Doctors: Documentations, Leaves, arranging locums Training related coordination.
- Coordinating with the all departments for smooth functioning.
- Coordination of Medical Audit and closure of necessary Committee Meetings as per timeline.
- Provides necessary definition, development and deployment of Service quality addressing all phases of service development.
- Directly supervises quality assurance team, quality assurance coordinators including the preparation and delivery of staff performance evaluations.
- Monitoring care of patients in hospital ICU, HDU, Emergency and Wards.
- Supervising MRD audit, live auditing of case files doing RCA and CAPA.
- Monitor Mortality and Morbidity meetings and creating MOM and implementation of points.
- Doing RCA and CAPA for clinical Incidents in Organization.
- End to end Doctor Talent Acquisition & Management.
- Monitoring MTP consents and Notifiable Diseases.
- Promote seminars on leadership, people development, personality development.
- MBBS + MHA
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Medical Operations / Administration
- Strong practical and organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent scientific and technical knowledge and good IT skills.
- Written and oral communication skills to communicate with internal & external customers.
- Teamworking skills to work successfully with Doctor Team.
- Ability to cope with competing demands.
- A thorough, meticulous approach.
- Knowledge of safe working practices.
