**Job Title**: SonarQube Administrator
**Location**: Chennai / Delhi / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai / Kolkata / Madurai

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and upgrade SonarQube (Community or Enterprise editions).
- Administer and maintain SonarQube servers, databases, and associated plugins.
- Integrate SonarQube with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD systems.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions using LDAP/SSO integrations.
- Monitor system performance and logs; tune performance and ensure high availability.
- Define and enforce code quality rules and metrics (technical debt, security vulnerabilities, code smells, etc.).
- Troubleshoot issues related to SonarQube scanning, analysis results, and integrations.
- Conduct audits and reports to enforce code compliance standards.
- Automate maintenance tasks and reporting using scripts (Shell, Python, or similar).
- Coordinate upgrades, backups and plugin management.
- Provide user training and documentation to Developers and QA Teams.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience administering SonarQube and DevSecOps environments.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Hands-on experience integrating static code analysis and vulnerability scanning.
- Familiarity with code quality metrics and secure coding practices.
- Experience with Linux/Unix administration and system monitoring tools.
- Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with SonarQube Enterprise Edition.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Certification in DevOps or secure software development practices.
- Experience with Scripting languages (Shell, Python, Groovy).
