**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to educate students on skincare theory, techniques, and best practices.
- Demonstrate various skincare treatments and procedures, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion, in a hands-on learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them develop their skills and confidence in performing skincare treatments.
- Develop and update curriculum materials, lesson plans, and training resources to ensure alignment with industry standards and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students.
- Stay informed about the latest skincare products, ingredients, technologies, and trends to enhance the quality of training provided to students.

**Requirements**:

- Certified esthetician or skincare professional with a minimum of [0-1] years of industry experience.
- Strong passion for skincare and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students.
- Proven ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Experience working in a training or educational setting preferred, but not required.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
