Position: Delivery Boy cum Server

Location: Cafe Khoblu

Reporting to: Cafe Manager / Supervisor

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

1. Deliver Orders

Deliver food and drinks safely and on time to customers. Be polite and ensure the order is complete before leaving the café.

2. Handling Payments on Delivery

Collect payments (cash or UPI) when needed. Always confirm the amount and give receipts if asked.

3. Customer Interaction

Speak respectfully with customers during delivery or service. Answer basic questions or connect them to the café for help.

4. In-Café Service

Help serve food and drinks to tables when not doing deliveries. Support the team during rush hours.

5. Table Cleaning & Setup

Clean tables after guests leave and set them up for the next order. Keep the dining area neat and tidy.

6. Packing Orders

Help pack delivery and takeaway orders neatly and correctly. Double-check items before handing them over.

7. Personal Grooming & Hygiene

Wear a clean uniform, maintain good hygiene, and follow food safety rules while handling food.

8. Outdoor Responsibility

Handle weather and road conditions carefully during deliveries. Keep the delivery bag clean and secure.

9. Team Support

Help other staff with small tasks like refilling water, clearing tables, or bringing supplies from the store room.

10. Learning & Growth

Learn more about the menu, delivery routes, and café service. Be open to improving and growing in the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
