**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable Java/J2EE-based enterprise systems.
- Drive adoption of microservices and event-driven architecture using technologies like **Kafka**, **Istio**, and **Kubernetes**.
- Implement and optimize RESTful APIs, OAuth protocols, and ensure secure, scalable integration between systems.
- Architect multi-tenant solutions with proper data and resource isolation.
- Ensure systems are observable and measurable using **OpenTelemetry**, **Splunk**, **CloudWatch**, or **Dynatrace**.
- Use **Redis** effectively for caching strategies and performance optimization.
- Drive DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Mentor development teams, review architectural designs, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.

**Required Skill Set**:

- Deep expertise in **cloud-native development** and cloud optimization techniques.
- Experience with **Kafka** (topics, producers, consumers, stream processing).
- Proficiency in **Hexagonal Architecture**.
- Strong knowledge of **REST/JSON**, **OAuth**, and API development.
- Hands-on experience with **Kubernetes**, **Docker**, **Helm**, **ArgoCD**.
- Strong observability and monitoring skills using modern tooling.
- Deep understanding of **Istio service mesh** for microservices communication.
- Redis implementation for optimized caching strategies.
- Familiar with **CI/CD**, **IaC**, and **DevOps methodologies**.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
