Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Assign routes and schedules to drivers and monitor their progress
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates
- Manage and maintain accurate records of dispatch operations, including driver logs, vehicle maintenance, and delivery records
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth dispatch operations
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize dispatch operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
