**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform diagnostic tests on biological specimens, including blood, urine, and tissue samples.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Record test results and communicate findings to medical personnel.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
- Assist with the preparation of laboratory reagents and solutions.
- Follow hospital policies and procedures for quality control and testing.
- Assist in inventory management of lab supplies and reagents.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
- Certification or licensure (if applicable) as a Lab Technician.
- Minimum of [1] years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of laboratory tests, instruments, and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of safety standards and infection control practices in the lab.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
