**Core Competency**:

- Experienced with 0 - 2 years of experience as a UI / UX designer (Preferable from a product-based entity).
- Basic Knowledge in latest versions of designing tools and technologies like Html, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, Adobe, j query & Json but Not Mandatory.
- Should be able to design things creatively.
- Excellent visual design skills.
- A fundamental knowledge of the software development process coupled with a willingness to learn.
- Possesses intellectual humility; smart, driven, creative and able to learn things from slipups, willing to raise others up.
- Excellent creativity & innovative skills with integrated professionalism at all levels.

**KeyResponsibilities**:

- The role is responsible for designing stunning pictures like an artist / designer.
- Must able to plan and implement new efficient features and optimize the existing one.
- Creating prototypes for new product ideas.
- Must be able to provide solutions creatively & effectively.
- Responsible to build apps that respond to the natural human thought process.
- Team Management, Excellent interpersonal, Communication and effective organizational skills.
- Should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Review existing business processes and participate in the Process Improvement Program.
