**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong expertise in engine repair (Mandatory skill) to provide accurate sales advice based on technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in brake system maintenance (Mandatory skill) to ensure customers receive the best service recommendations.
- Solid understanding of suspension and steering systems (Mandatory skill) to address client queries effectively.
- Ability to perform automotive diagnostics for identifying issues and recommending solutions during sales consultations.
- Experience with electrical systems to assist customers in understanding product functionalities and benefits.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems within the automotive context to support client needs and increase sales opportunities.
- Skilled in welding required for detailing product enhancements and personalized solutions to clients.
- An understanding of hydraulic systems that aids in explaining technical specifications to potential customers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales strategies.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying further sales possibilities.
- Conduct market research to understand competitive dynamics and recommend improvements to sales strategies.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic sales planning and execution.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to aid decision-making by upper management.
- Continuously update industry knowledge and stay informed about current market trends.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
