Job Title: Process Associate - **LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS **

Job Location: Tolichowki, Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Full time

Job Responsibilities

Must have experience in AR calling for at least 5 to 8 years.

Maintains a complete and accurate record of all collection efforts including any corrective arrangements and places notes on the customer’s account in the current system.

Make initial contact with delinquent clients

Adhere to health and safety standards

Ensure cash receipts, and incoming and outgoing wires, are recorded on time

Meeting or exceeding individual cash targets and call volume as assigned on a monthly & quarterly basis

Working with field office personnel and Accounts Receivable Management to identify process deficiencies and implement established best practices

Manage/monitor debt recovery of the Collections Department

Drive productivity, train and direct work of Collections employees

Education: Should be a Graduate
- No Cab Facility Available.
- Fixed Night Shift - 5:30 pm to 4:30 am
- Working Days: 4 days (Monday thru Thursday)
- Week Off: 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
