**Job Description: Digital Marketing Intern**

**Stipend**: ₹15,000 per month

**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. You will gain hands-on experience in executing and managing digital campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics. This internship offers an opportunity to learn and contribute to real-world projects, enabling you to build a strong foundation in digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan and schedule posts across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments, and grow the audience.
- **SEO and Website Optimization**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Track and improve website traffic through SEO strategies.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Assist in planning and executing paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports for insights.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates on the effectiveness of digital strategies.
- **Market Research**:

- Research industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Identify new opportunities to improve digital presence.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media platforms).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for learning and taking on challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹20,392.05 per month
