Wanted Chief Warden

Oversee day-to-day operations of all residential facilities.
- Supervise wardens, assistant wardens, and housekeeping staff.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accommodation and communal areas.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Coordinate with security personnel for regular patrolling and surveillance.
- Maintain records of incidents, emergencies, and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor adherence to rules and regulations of the facility.
- Investigate and take action on violations of conduct.
- Recommend disciplinary actions to the administration if necessary.
- Act as a bridge between residents and management.
- Coordinate with medical, maintenance, and food services for smooth functioning.
- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in any discipline (preferably in management, administration, or social sciences).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or administrative role.
- Background in law enforcement, military, or hostel/residential management is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
